Triple Threat Sports Return Policy

UNCUSTOMIZED JERSEYS AND CUSTOMIZED JERSEYS OF CURRENT PLAYERS ON THEIR CURRENT TEAMS
Jerseys are exchangeable as long as they are returned in the exact same condition sent with all factory tags still attached and in tact. Jerseys will be exchanged for another jersey or store credit, no refunds.

CUSTOMIZED JERSEYS WITH PERSONAL NAMES OR RETIRED/TRADED PLAYERS
All sales final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

FAQs

I am unsure what size to buy for someone, what can I do?

Typically, we recommend purchasing the same size in a jersey that someone wears in an adult (men’s) T-shirt. If buying a replica, buy the corresponding size; if buying an authentic, refer to the size chart found elsewhere on our site. If you are still unsure, we recommend buying an uncustomized jersey which can be easily exchanged. Please check our return policy for further information.

I don’t know what player to get, what should I do?

The easiest thing to do is pay the customized jersey price, give the jersey as a gift and tell the recipient they can return it for the customizing of their choice at a later time. If the person wants a current player on their jersey, they MUST return it in the EXACT same shape it was received, it cannot be worn or washed. Please check our return policy for further information.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we gladly sell gift cards. We can get you a gift card any amount. These are available in standard amounts online or in any denomination over the phone or in person. Please refer to our GIFT CARDS section for more info, or call us at (708) 479-8875.

Is there a shipping discount if I buy more than one jersey?

Yes. Our shopping cart system does not reflect this, but each additional item after the first one purchased is discounted. An actual human being processes your order, applies the discount and charges your card at the time of shipping. Patches purchased along with a jersey or shirt are shipped at no charge.

What credit cards do you accept? Can I pay with a check?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We DO NOT accept checks.

About how long will it take to get my order?

Some orders ship the same day they are placed; most orders, however, take 2-4 weeks to ship.

I’m having trouble with my internet connection, can I order over the phone?

We are always happy to take phone orders. Call us at (708) 479-8875 during business hours to place your order. We also have a 24 hour voice mail system and return all calls ASAP.

How will you ship my order, and will I know to be looking for it?

We ship most jerseys via UPS Ground with tracking and insurance. Small items, like patches, are sent USPS first class mail. We use USPS Priority Mail to service PO Boxes and members of the military with an APO address. For all jersey orders, we use UPS and USPS automated e-mail notification systems. These are not foolproof, sometimes the notifications are dumped into "junk" or "spam" folders, and sometimes you receive the jersey before the notification, but they are the most effective way to notify customers of shipping their orders.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Definitely. If you want to use PayPal, DO NOT use our internet shopping cart. Phone in your order and provide your PayPal address. We will send you an invoice when the jersey is ready to ship.

Can you letter a jersey I provide?

Gladly! However, due to licensing restrictions, we cannot add the name/number of any CURRENT MLB players to your baseball jersey. We can add any name/# to your hockey or football jerseys, and we can add personal name to any jersey. If you’re sending the jersey in, be sure it’s either brand new or freshly laundered. Illinois health laws prohibit us from working on worn and unwashed garments. Simply enclose customizing instructions and ship the jersey to our address, which can be found in the CONTACT US section of our website.

My favorite player was just traded, can you take his name off and replace it with a different one?

This is service we can provide, but, once again, we are restricted from putting a current MLB player’s name/# on the jersey. Pricing and results for this service vary, and can be quite pricy depending on the level of work involved. Please call us for more information.

How long do I have to make an exchange?

All sales are considered are final after 30 days.
